At Praetorian Health & Fitness we are here to help our clients reach their Health & Fitness Goals.
1 on 1 Personal Training - We offer personalized 1 on 1 Sessions with our Certified and Trained Personal Trainers. We don’t believe in watching the clock during our sessions so we typically see our sessions going 45 to 90 minutes depending on the frequency of sessions and our clients’ goals.
Small Group Training (3 Max) - For those just getting into the gym for the first time or for those who are looking to getting back into a Health & Fitness routine we at Praetorian Health & Fitness truly believe doing with friends & family can make it easier. We offer small group fitness training sessions for up to 3 individuals. These sessions typically range between 60 to 90 minutes depending on the frequency of sessions and our clients’ goals.

At Praetorian Health & Fitness we are here to help our clients reach their Health & Fitness Goals. For those more determined clients we offer a full suite program we refer to as the Praetorian Training Plan.
With Health & Fitness there is no one size fits all; because of this we use our years of Fitness Training and Nutritional Knowledge to help develop a plan that is customized and designed for you to reach your Health & Fitness Goals.

This program requires a minimum commitment of 1 month however we do offer additional savings for those who sign up for 3 or more months.
Please send us an inquiry below breaking down your goals and number of sessions you would like weekly so we can prepare a custom plan for you. All of our plans come with a free introductory session to allow us to better understand you current fitness levels as well as to begin to fully customize a plan for success.
